Boxabl Signs Agreement for Sale of Modular Housing Units in UK and Ireland

The Las Vegas-headquartered modular housing manufacturer Boxabl Inc. is expanding into Europe with a new representation, import, and distribution agreement with TerraCaita Ltd., a company based in Bristol, England.
Under the agreement, TerraCaita will represent Boxabl products throughout the UK, Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Boxabl will provide two of its Casita units to support display, demonstration, and marketing activities within these markets, where TerraCaita plans to support local development, regulatory engagement, and customer outreach.
“We are excited to begin working with TerraCaita to help introduce BOXABL products to new audiences,” said Paolo Tiramani, co-CEO of Boxabl. “The United Kingdom and Ireland face many of the same housing challenges seen around the world, and we believe our factory-built approach has the potential to provide a compelling solution.”
